Acqua regale processes natural water to remove impurities that may be present and to con-centrate the nutrients and minerals in the water. An important aspect to take into consideration is the measure of the total dissolved solids, which is a measure of all combined contents of inor-ganic and organic substances dissolved in the water.

The higher the value, the heavier the water is for metabolism. Acqua Regale’s level of total dissolved solids is 31.5 mg/L, which is very low and makes it very light and easy to digest. Sodium is important for health: it is indispensable to ensure a well-balanced metabolism. For sodium-reduced diets, mineral waters with less than 20 mg of sodium per liter are recommended.

Acqua Regale only has 2.0 mg/L. With a pH approxi-mately equal to the body’s natural pH (7.3), it is an excellent way to maintain the body’s alkalinity. Water with low dry residue content has different effects:
